Court Hearing Regarding Abortion in Macon

Wednesday, September 5th 

Dear Pro-Life Friends,

Quick up date to let you know that today’s hearing in Superior Court was very well attended and we are sincerely grateful for that. Judge Ennis heard from both sides and is taking a few days to deliberate on what was presented. Please continue to pray that an appeal would be granted and that there will be another hearing before the Macon-Bibb Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z). In the event that we are granted an appeal before P&Z, we will need as many Pro-Life supporters as possible to attend and let our voices be heard on behalf of those who have no voice.

Please be in prayer for Judge Ennis as he considers the merits of this case and pray for a just ruling.

Background: There is a suit that will be heard in Bibb County Superior Court that is seeking to keep an Abortion Facility from opening and disrupting businesses in Downtown Macon. Please join us in the court room to let Judge Ennis know that we want to keep Middle Georgia abortion free. If you cannot physically be present please pray throughout the afternoon on the 5th of September from 2pm on.
